We always like to keep our number of clients small so that we can devote our full energy to these cases. They’re usually complicated cases and require close attention.

Communication is everything in medical malpractice. Understanding what happened, why it happened and what should have happened.

Being a medical doctor it very much makes me a better lawyer. It allows me to understand the cases and explain them to the clients with medical expertise as well as legal expertise.

Being a physician is very helpful in dealing with experts, both from the opposing party and my own experts. I’m able to discuss these problems in language that the physician understands.

And I’m trying to get my clients back to a position where they don’t have to worry about their day to day bills.
